Collection of your personal information

 

The types of personal information that we collect from you will depend on how you use this website and how you interact with us.  For example, when subscribing on line we collect details such as your name, address and e-mail address. 

When you use this website our Internet Service Provider (ISP) may make a record of your visit and log your server address, your domain name, the date, time and duration of your visit, the pages and documents you accessed, the previous site you had accessed (ie the referring url) and the type of browser you are using. 

In the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our ISP's logs or access other personal information in our possession. 

It is also possible that your ISP is logging your activity while you visit our site.  This is obviously beyond our control.

Governing law and language

 

This privacy statement is governed by the laws of Indonesian. This privacy statement is prepared and written in English which shall be the governing language. If required by applicable laws and regulations, this privacy statement may be translated into another language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version and any other language version, the English language version shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency and therefore shall be authoritative in relation to any disputes regarding its interpretation. In the case of such inconsistency, such other language version shall be amended accordingly to reflect the meaning of the English version.
